Hawaii Employers Council (HEC) is a private nonprofit membership employers group committed to assisting companies build and maintain sound employee relations. We offer a wide range of human resource and labor relations services, including consulting, training, payrate information, and resource publications. Who Our Members Are
More than 800 companies across the state are members of HEC including small entreprenurial operations to some of the largest employers in Hawaii. Both nonunionized and unionized companies from a wide cross-section of industries such as financial institutions, healthcare, recreation and leisure, hospitality, manufacturing, human services, retail food service, etc. rely on HEC’s services. Members include local companies and national and international corporations with operations in Hawaii. Many have been HEC members for several decades.
