Authorization for Direct Payment

Here’s how the Direct Payment Plan works: You authorize regularly scheduled dues payments to be made from your checking account. Then, just sit back and relax. Your payments will be made automatically on the 25th of January, April, July and October (or the next banking day if the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday.) Proof of payment will appear on your bank statement.

The authority you give to charge your account will remain in effect until you notify us in writing to terminate the authorization. If your dues amount changes, we will notify you at least 10 days before the payment date.

The Direct Payment Plan is dependable, flexible, convenient, and easy. To take advantage of this service, complete the authorization form and mail it to us at P.O. Box 29699, Honolulu, HI 96820-2099.
