Carrie Takahama joins HEC with 18 years of generalist experience in Human Resources with Hawaiian Airlines and most recently as Human Resources Manager with the Waikiki Parc Hotel. She has experience in both union and non-union organizations, with employee populations ranging from 100 to 2,500 employees.

Carrie earned her Bachelor of Education with an emphasis in physical education, health and recreation from the University of Hawaii and is a current member of SHRM.
