Cynthia Tanaka, Senior HR Consultant with over 20 years of HR and training experience, provides assistance to our member companies in all facets of HR compliance issues, including requirements under federal and state regulations, conducting supervisory workshops and HR practices reviews, representing employers at unemployment appeals hearings, and reviewing and providing recommendations on policies, handbooks and job descriptions. She is also responsible for assisting our members with their Affirmative Action Programs and OFCCP audits.

Cynthia has a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Fashion Merchandising, both from the University of Hawaii.
