Gail Inaba, Senior HR Consultant, has over 15 years of HR consulting experience, assisting our member companies in all facets of HR compliance issues, including requirements under federal and state regulations, conducting supervisory workshops and HR practices reviews, representing employers at unemployment appeals hearings, and reviewing and providing recommendations on policies, handbooks and job descriptions. Gail is also editor for the HEC News Digest website.

She has a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree, with an emphasis in Journalism, from the University of Hawaii.
