Jay joins the Council from his current position as IT Engineer for CARE Hawaii, Inc., a local organization providing outpatient mental health services to the community. Prior to his joining CARE Hawaii three years ago, Jay was employed by Lockheed Martin – Pearl Harbor for nearly eight years where he applied his technical knowledge to maintain and repair highly complex U.S. Naval training simulators. Jay has also been employed as an Instructor in Technology at Heald College since 2000.
