Janice Yates, HR Advisor, has 22 years with the Hawaii Employers Council. She provides our member companies in all facets of HR compliance issues, including requirements under federal and state regulations, conducting HR practices reviews, and reviewing and providing recommendations on policies, handbooks and job descriptions. Janice also assists our members with industry specific wage and personnel practices surveys.
