Ken's initial service with HEC began in 1990 as a Labor Relations Advisor/Negotiator. Ken left the Council in 1995 to become the Federal Mediator with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service here in Honolulu. He recently celebrated his 16th anniversary with FMCS. Ken and his wife Susan live with their two children in Kaneohe.
