Neal Yasuda joined HEC after 20 years in the health care industry with compensation and HR experience. As Research Manager, Neal has overall responsibility for developing and conducting both local and national surveys in the areas of compensation, benefits and personnel practices surveys. National surveys include the Executive Compensation and IT surveys.

Neal has a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Hawaii, has earned his Certified Professional Human Resources (PHR) designation and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) local and national chapters, the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA), Hawaii Healthcare Human Resources Association (HHHRA), and is currently the Treasurer for the Hawaii Compensation Group (HICOMP).
