Sheri-Ann Lau Clark is the Corporate Secretary and General Counsel at Hawaii Employers Council. Prior to joining the Council in 2007, Sheri-Ann served as a Labor and Employment Law Associate with the Torkildson, Katz, et al. law firm where she conducted workplace investigations, reviewed and revised handbooks, provided seminars for employers/management concerning harassment, discrimination, family leave, and wage and hour issues, and advised employers on a wide variety of human resources matters.
Sheri-Ann earned her B.B.A. in HR Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and her J.D., Magna Cum Laude from the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Hawaii State Bar Association, and the Human Resources Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii.
