Tim Ho, President & CEO of the Hawaii Employers Council, has 35 years experience in the human resources and labor relations arena. Prior to joining HEC, Tim was the Hawaii Director of HR for a large company with operations worldwide.

Tim has a Masters and Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii and has received his Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from the Society for Human Resource Management. He is currently active on the boards for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Honolulu Foundation and the Oahu Workforce Investment Board. Tim has also served as past board chairs for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Honolulu, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Honolulu Foundation, Oahu Private Industry Council, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
