HR Consultant

 

Primary Purpose

 

Hawaii Employers Council, the leading management resource to Hawaii's top employers is currently recruiting for an HR Consultant. The primary responsibilities of this rewarding career opportunity includes providing guidance, assistance, training, and advice to member companies in matters relating to human resource management and employee relations.

 

Qualifications Include

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in human resources with increasing job responsibilities and job knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of Federal and State employment laws
  • Demonstrated experience with public speaking and with developing and presenting training programs to large groups
  • Ability to research and analyze complex human resources issues and make recommendations to resolve problems
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP designation desirable
