The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued fact sheets on whistleblower protection for employees in the trucking and transportation industries. The fact sheets are also useful for industry employers to review for coverage, what are considered to be protected activities, and what would constitute unfavorable personnel actions under federal law.
