• For 11 drivers, clerical employees and merchandisers at SHRED-IT (ILWU) on April 18, 2008.
• For 90 full-time and regular part-time housekeepers, housepersons, laundry attendants, housekeeping administration, maintenance, maintenance administration, landscaping and bartenders at Hilton Grand Vacations, Company, LLC dba Hilton Grand Vacations Club-Waikoloa Beach Resort aka "The Bay Club" (ILWU) on May 8, 2008.
