The Hawaii Dept. of Labor and Industrial Relations says it anticipates sending out its 2008-2009 State Labor Law Poster to all registered businesses by the end of September. Additional copies of the new poster will not be mailed until October, DLIR says.

Until the new poster is received, companies should continue to display the 2006 poster, which DLIR offers, in parts, on its website.
