According to the Dept. of Labor and Industrial Relations, the 2006 State Labor Law poster used for 2008 will be valid for use in 2009.

DLIR says new posters will not be sent out “until substantial changes to the law have been made.” In the meantime, businesses who do not have the official poster are encouraged to print out and temporarily use the pdf version of the poster for the company bulletin board.
