The U.S. Dept. of Labor is inviting those who believe that they are eligible for COBRA premium subsidy but who were denied the benefit to apply for a DOL review online.

The COBRA premium subsidy could be denied because the person is eligible for other medical coverage, either through Medicare or another private medical plan, or because the person was terminated for gross misconduct.

DOL has posted the application for review, along with instructions for online filing, faxing, or mailing to the agency.
