Hawaii employers can download the updated Official State Labor Law Poster by sections or in complete form.
All Hawaii businesses are required to post the notices; due to the state’s economic condition, the Dept. of Labor and Industrial Relations says that they do not anticipate printing hardcopy versions of the poster for distribution, and if there are any changes to the state labor laws, the agency will update those sections on its website as needed.
