HR professionals operating in a unionized environment have a unique opportunity to enroll in a three-day immersion program on contract administration offered at the HEC by Cornell University’s School of Industrial Relations October 24-26.

The program modules cover: labor relations law; contract interpretation; effective discipline; effective grievance handling, and managing the union relationship. Attendance will be limited to allow for maximum interaction with the instructor, and early registration is recommended.
