Hawaii Median Salary Increases at 1.9 Percent Compared to U.S. at 3.0 Percent
The median percentage pay increase is at 1.9 percent in 2012 compared to the U.S. average of 3.0 percent (reported by The Conference Board), according to the results from HEC’s 2012 Salary Adjustment Survey.
A total of 215 companies participated in the survey and the 2012 Salary Adjustment data for "All Groups" show projected median increases in Hawaii for 2013 at 1.4 percent as compared to the U.S average projected increase of 3.0.
Comparing data from 2007 to 2012, the Hawaii percentages for the most part have lagged behind the U.S percentages.
