Federal contractors and subcontractors covered by the veterans’ affirmative action provisions are required to report annually to the DOL the number of employees in their workforces, by job category and hiring location, who are qualified covered veterans. All paper reports and electronic files received at the Service Desk by October 31st will be included as part of the 2012 filing cycle and will not be considered late.
