The confusing and at times contradictory dictates being churned out by the National Labor Relations Board and its General Counsel on employer social media policies will be covered in an HEC-members-only webinar on October 24, including what language can help limit risk and avoid legal liability.

HEC Assistant General Counsel Ryan Sanada and HEC President Clayton Kamida will also examine how the Board's rules apply to both unionized and non-union workplaces, what social media policy language has been deemed lawful and unlawful, and the different strategies in encouraging employee's use of social media.
