Are you a federal government contractor with 50 or more employees doing at least $50,000 of business a year with the feds? Have you received a scheduling letter from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)? If not, there are still more to come this year!

Join us for an informative presentation with Brian Mikel, Hawaii Area Director of the OFCCP. Brian will share information about the regulations enforced by his office and what is expected in an acceptable AAP. The program will focus on some of the most difficult aspects of the AAP for supply and service contractors, including availability analysis, impact ratio analyses, and internal audit requirements.

Brian will also explain the steps in a compliance evaluation and many of the commonly identified problem areas...and more importantly, how to avoid them!
