Read more D.C. Circuit Places NLRB Poster on Hold
The National Labor Relations Board required poster, which had been scheduled to take effect on April 30, is under a temporary injunction by the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, which means that employers do not have to post the notice informing employees of their right to organize until the outcome of an appeal over the legality of the posting rule.
