Measuring What Matters.
Employee engagement surveys can reveal a great deal of information about employee perceptions, sentiments, and attitudes about their personal work, management, and the overall organization. For example, it's often noted that organizational responsiveness to employee feedback leads to higher retention rates, lower absenteeism, improved productivity, better customer service, and overall higher employee morale.
When was the last time your employees had the opportunity to anonymously provide feedback on how they feel about their sense of belonging in their workplace? And other workplace issues and topics?
The HEC Employee Engagement Survey is deployed anonymously to your workforce and will help you gain essential and critical feedback and insight from your employees in three broad areas:
- Overall Employee Experience – questions seek to understand how employees feel about their work-life balance, job security, and sense of purpose and belonging in the workplace.
- Workplace Culture – questions seek to understand employees' sentiments towards senior management and their direct supervisor, teamwork and collaboration throughout the workplace, and internal communications.
- Employee Engagement – questions will seek to understand employees' overall attitude and sentiment towards the workplace and organization and how vested they are in their individual and overall organizational success.
What are the benefits of HEC's Engagement Survey?
- Hawaii-Specific Benchmarks – In addition to national data, our survey captures Hawaii data, setting benchmark comparisons to allow member organizations to compare their engagement with other employers in the State.
- Solutions-Focused – HEC's program extends well beyond the survey. Our complimentary program includes post-survey support, including a virtual session on the overall findings. Members can request a private survey debrief session (virtually or in-person) to receive customized insights and member-specific solutions for an additional fee. Help and support are available from HEC's Talent Solutions.
- A Safe Place – We offer a safe place to learn about the true picture of your employees' engagement. Our survey was intentionally designed to have questions and data that map to other popular surveys such as Best Places to Work, without the pressure for employees to achieve accolades for their organization. This allows employers to obtain a true sense of what is going on within their organization.
We make it easy for you. Register, provide contact information and survey deployment details, and partner with us to deploy the survey, and you're all set! The survey is administered anonymously via our third-party partner.
What happens after the survey is completed?
Participating companies will receive the Hawaii Overall and Department/Workgroup survey report. *We offer custom reports and paper surveys as an additional service that incurs a fee to our standard offering. For example, demographic reports can be ordered for $220. Members also have the opportunity to request additional reports of other cuts for $220 per report.
HEC will host a virtual debrief session for participating companies after distributing the reports. For an additional fee, members can participate in a strategic survey session specific to their company to identify key engagement areas and develop an improvement plan with HEC’s recommendations.
