Free Members Only Event
Come join us on April 6 to hear what exciting new services Hawaii Employers Council (HEC) will be offering to help your organization transform. Transformation means change that is more sustainable. Transformation means a return on your investment for development. Join us to learn about what it takes to transform.
During this members-only session we will feature a panel, facilitated by Traci Manalani, which includes two experts in organizational effectiveness in addition to two executives from organizations that have undergone transformation to share first-hand accounts so you can see what is possible. In addition, we will announce findings from our 2018 assessment of organizational needs and provide information about specific services that will result in greater behavioral change and a higher return on investment for your development efforts.
HEC has been helping organizations thrive for 75 years by providing professional human resources and labor relations services. And now, we are pleased to offer an expanded lineup of services to help you and your organization TRANSFORM!
