9180634 Worksite Wellness Workshops: Session 1 - What to Eat Every Day for Optimal Health
June 20, 2018 | 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Worksite Wellness Workshops

We all know that worksite wellness is more than just exercise.  It is about encouraging “healthy” habits and supporting behaviors to enrich the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.  With this in mind, HEC is presenting two worksite wellness workshops that every employer can benefit from.

During the first session, you will learn from a pair of experts who will share an evidence-based way to optimize your daily diet.  The second session will discuss a topic that many of us, including our employees, are dealing with – caregiving.

Session 1:        What to Eat Every Day for Optimal Health  (sponsored by WYAO Hawaii Corporate Wellness)
