Employers today face several worksite challenges and one of the biggest is the working caregiver. Studies show that an employee dealing with caregiving has a direct impact to productivity on the job and healthcare costs. Many employers do not realize that a leave for care for a loved one often results in a disability claim later down the road. During this workshop participants will learn:
- Caregiving Impact to Health and Wellness Programs
- How To Help Employees Recognize Caregiving Challenges Early
- Keys to Minimizing Negative Health Outcomes
- Understanding Long Term Care Options
- Awareness and Prevention Around Elder Abuse and Fraud
