Course Description:
Research shows that the #1 reason people quit their jobs is a bad boss. In order to increase supervisory effectiveness, this workshop focuses on the relationships between supervisors and their employees. Participants will learn about emotional intelligence, the responsibilities of being a supervisor, including managing employee expectations and inspiring engagement.
