1180770 Workplace Assessment Webinar Series Session 2 - The Personality of Success: Reinventing the Way People Interact
August 10, 2018 | 9:00 am - 10:00 am

A Special Free Webinar for HEC Members Only

HEC is pleased to announce a new complimentary member’s only series. Does it make your head spin trying to select the most applicable assessment tool out of the abundance of choices that you’ve heard about?

With so many choices in the marketplace, HEC will be featuring a variety of assessment tools over the next few months via a webinar series to help demystify what is possible for you.  We encourage you to attend as many of the different sessions as possible.

In our survey of HEC members in late 2017 we learned:

  • over 20% of the respondents said they utilize the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
  • nearly 20% of the respondents said they utilize the DiSC assessment
  • over 17% of the respondents said they utilize Social Styles
  • over 10% of the respondents said they utilize Strengths Finder

Other assessments that members have used include Birkman (Leader Development, for Teams and Career Development), EQ-I 2.0, EQ 360 Reuven Bar-On, Firo-B, Hogan, and the Keirsey Temperament Sorter.

Of its many benefits, many members have shared that using assessments increases self-awareness, understanding others, team-building and communication.

Session 2 - The Personality of Success: Reinventing the Way People Interact

Organizations spend time, money and energy on an array of behavioral assessments and training. But does it make a difference?  Discover why these sessions get rave reviews, yet overwhelmingly fail to create a lasting impact. You will learn how to infuse personality into your cultural DNA and transform the way people work together. From empty letters to the training methodology itself, we will deconstruct today's current model and reinvent a new one for the future. Instead of styles and types that reside in short-term memory and only create momentary ahas!, this session reveals a brain-friendly approach to rewire your employees so the styles trigger at the exact moment they are needed. Reimagine how you can build culture with personality.

After this session, you will be able to:

  • Bridge the gap between personality assessment and culture change
  • Turn self-awareness into long-term application, not short-term fascination
  • Harness personality awareness to increase organizational engagement
