HEC is pleased to announce a new complimentary member’s only series. Does it make your head spin trying to select the most applicable assessment tool out of the abundance of choices that you’ve heard about?
With so many choices in the marketplace, HEC will be featuring a variety of assessment tools over the next few months via a webinar series to help demystify what is possible for you. We encourage you to attend as many of the different sessions as possible.
In our survey of HEC members in late 2017 we learned:
- over 20% of the respondents said they utilize the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
- nearly 20% of the respondents said they utilize the DiSC assessment
- over 17% of the respondents said they utilize Social Styles
- over 10% of the respondents said they utilize Strengths Finder
Other assessments that members have used include Birkman (Leader Development, for Teams and Career Development), EQ-I 2.0, EQ 360 Reuven Bar-On, Firo-B, Hogan, and the Keirsey Temperament Sorter.
Of its many benefits, many members have shared that using assessments increases self-awareness, understanding others, team-building and communication.
