Fair and thorough workplace investigations are critical in making sound and defensible employment decisions. In this session, we will discuss the basic principles of conducting effective workplace investigations, including interviewing witnesses, taking witness statements, evaluating the evidence obtained and writing investigation reports.
About Our Speaker
Sarah Wang joined Marr Jones & Wang in April 1998 and was made a partner in January 2001. Ms. Wang represents management in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including federal and state court litigation; discrimination/harassment and other administrative proceedings, and union arbitrations. Ms. Wang also devotes a substantial amount of her practice to providing training and advising employers and their supervisory employees in managing personnel issues and in complying with various employment laws.
