September 28, 2018 | 9:00 am - 10:00 am

A Special Free Webinar for HEC Members Only

HEC is pleased to announce a new complimentary member’s only series. Does it make your head spin trying to select the most applicable assessment tool out of the abundance of choices that you’ve heard about?

With so many choices in the marketplace, HEC will be featuring a variety of assessment tools over the next few months via a webinar series to help demystify what is possible for you.  We encourage you to attend as many of the different sessions as possible.

In our survey of HEC members in late 2017 we learned:

  • over 20% of the respondents said they utilize the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
  • nearly 20% of the respondents said they utilize the DiSC assessment
  • over 17% of the respondents said they utilize Social Styles
  • over 10% of the respondents said they utilize Strengths Finder

Other assessments that members have used include Birkman (Leader Development, for Teams and Career Development), EQ-I 2.0, EQ 360 Reuven Bar-On, Firo-B, Hogan, and the Keirsey Temperament Sorter.

Of its many benefits, many members have shared that using assessments increases self-awareness, understanding others, team-building and communication.

Session 3 - The Leadership Forecast™:  Your Crystal Ball (well, almost) for Hiring and Employee Development

Psychological assessment tools can provide powerful insights during the hiring process and for employee development.  The Leadership Forecast™ from Hogan Assessments is a suite of three inventories (positive leadership traits, potential career derailers, and the motives & values that drive personality) that can provide uncanny insights and aid in hiring decision making and development planning.  This set of assessments is backed by decades of research to ensure both the employer and the candidate/employee are receiving useful, accurate insights.

This webinar will introduce you to the practice of executive assessment, showcase The Leadership Forecast™ as one set of tools available, and provide real-world examples of how this type of assessment can make a difference in the hiring process and employee development.
