WHAT IS THE "WINDMILLS" PROGRAM?
“WINDMILLS” is an interactive 2-day training program designed for businesses to enhance awareness of cultural diversity and examine personal attitudes and biases toward people with disabilities.  A fresh approach to talent management, leadership, change and transformation used by more than half of the Fortune 500 companies.  

HOW CAN THE "WINDMILLS" PROGRAM HELP MY ORGANIZATION? 
“WINDMILLS” is an upbeat training program designed for employers to learn methods and techniques to eliminate barriers in the hiring process and feel more confident in working with persons with disabilities.  The training program primarily consists of exercises relevant to the everyday world of work while addressing concerns including legal requirements of Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment Act (ADAAA), Disability Inclusion, and accommodations.

Registration:
Thanks to additional Federal Assistance, this incredible $1,000 package is FREE.  Due to limited availability, a $100 no-show fee will be charged.

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. for both days

Continental Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Interactive Training has been pre-approved for 14.0 SHRM and HRCI Credits

  

About our Speakers

Dr. Richard Pimentel is an acknowledged authority on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). His training has not only successfully enabled   managers and supervisors to participate in cost reduction initiatives and implementation of policies and procedures to reduce work site accidents and re-injuries, but has also helped employers dispel stereotypes and embrace diversity.

 

Milt Wright is an acknowledged expert in initiating successful partnerships between corporations, government, and employment training programs. A few of his clients include: AT&T, General Motors, IBM, and Marriott!
