Dr. Dana Arakawa is an organizational development consultant and social psychologist who helps organizations thrive through change. Born and raised in Honolulu, Dana has a PhD in social psychology from the University of Hawai'i, a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. Her approach to organizational change is based on positive psychology, which is the scientific study of the positive emotions and strengths that enhance the wellbeing of an individual and communities.
