Businesses need to become adept at working with power and privilege challenges so that they can create inclusive, respectful cultures where every person is welcome.
This 1-hour overview of the Quantum Culture© model is intended for allies and others who want to be part of the solution. It explores Quantum Culture©’s bold new approach toward working across our differences and bridging the privilege gaps that separate us. It is distinguished from most other curricula in several important ways:

- Consider the many different sources of Privilege, and lack of Privilege
- Be introduced to the Trap of Inequality© and the Art of Inclusion©
- Consider how you can be intentional about the use of privilege in order to create a more just and inclusive culture
