Is all or part of your team still working remotely? Are you making it work, but still experiencing challenges in this new environment? This interactive, hands-on workshop will help you develop solutions to common challenges. With the small group format, it will also be an opportunity to collaborate with other leaders in the community. Specific topic areas include:

  • Managing a remote team: Maintain relationships, build trust, set expectations, and manage performance.
  • Building a remote culture: Adapt your culture building strategies for the remote work environment.
  • Collaborating and innovating remotely: Implement new techniques to facilitate team building and effectiveness.
  • Identifying strengths and challenges: Leverage your organization’s unique strengths and overcome your specific challenges.

You will walk away from this workshop with a tangible action plan to maximize remote work in your organization!

About our speaker:
Jeff Berlin is an organizational development consultant passionate about facilitating positive change with individuals, organizations, and communities. He blends a diverse academic background with a practitioner’s orientation towards action.

He obtained a PhD in Community and Cultural Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, a Graduate Certificate in International Cultural Studies from the East/West Center, and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University.

For the past 15 years, Jeff has worked in the organizational development field for a variety of companies, including NASA, Catalyst, The University of Hawaii, Bank of Hawaii, and American Savings Bank. His specialty areas include research, facilitation, leadership development, coaching, strategic planning, and change management. He currently leads Jeff Berlin Consulting and is grateful to collaborate with people and organizations throughout the state and beyond.
