About the Speaker:


Tiffany Chang
, founder of Carved Paths Coaching since 2018, has supported many leaders to honor their unique identities in their leadership. With her 14 years of experience in Learning and Development and Organizational Development, leading teams from director and assistant vice president roles; she has contributed to organization-wide initiatives in a variety of industries including banking, retail, healthcare, real estate, and non-profit.

As a self-awareness and self-compassion coach for leaders, she helps deepen their intuition by tapping into their multiple intelligence centers: head, heart and gut. Tiffany’s clients see results in getting unstuck, gaining clarity, building confidence, having more energy, and experiencing transformation (not just change) in their lives.

This well-rounded foundation is what helps Tiffany understand the demands that organizations and employees face in today’s world and it is what enables her to add value to the many clients she supports.
