Ryan Sanada is the Associate General Counsel for the Outrigger Hospitality Group, which operates and/or manages nearly 40 resort locations (hotels and condominium projects) throughout the world. In this role, Ryan provides Outrigger with strategic and legal guidance on a wide range of business matters, including employment issues, operations, commercial transactions, corporate compliance, procurement, sales & marketing, information technology, and privacy. He also serves as an inaugural Officer and Director of the Outrigger CARES Foundation, a non-profit affiliate of Outrigger. Prior to joining Outrigger, Ryan was the Director of Legal Affairs for the Hawaii Employers Council and, before that, spent 10 years practicing labor and employment law with a local law firm. He received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Hawaii, Richardson School of Law, and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Puget Sound. Ryan has an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
