Professional Business Emails - Strategies for Effective Communication

This interactive webinar will cover strategies to leverage your emails as a tool to communicate effectively, efficiently, and in a way that builds positive relationships. Digital communication practices are continually evolving, and communicating successfully via email has become even more essential with the rise of hybrid and remote work. As a result of email’s prevalence, managing our work emails can feel time consuming and even stressful, and it can be challenging to navigate using email in a business setting. This session is an opportunity to stop and take a closer look at our relationship with email and rediscover how using emails well can benefit you professionally.
The following topics will be discussed:
- Writing and formatting
- Tone and writing style
- Knowing your audience
- Privacy and security
- Inbox management
