Counseling and Mental Health Support:
The Hawai‘i State Department of Health Maui Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) is offering crisis mental health services and expanding hours to those experiencing emotional or psychological distress as a result of the Maui wildfires. To receive emergency services, contact Maui CMHC at (808) 984-2150, or via email at mauiwellness@doh.hawaii.gov , or in person at 121 Mahalani Street in Wailuku.
Volunteer Opportunities:
The American Red Cross of Hawaii is calling on hundreds of volunteers to lend a hand in staffing its shelters and assisting with response efforts for the wildfire disaster on Maui.
Goodwill Hawaii is looking for volunteers on Oahu and Maui to help prepare and produce donated goods for Maui relief efforts.
