The Hawaii Employers Council conducts and publishes comprehensive, reliable, and useful surveys for Hawaii-based participant organizations.

Competitive base pay and benefit offerings are essential to attract and retain the talent needed to help an organization thrive.  Although many Internet sites advertise pay and benefit data, it is important to understand how the data was collected and analyzed to determine whether it is credible and current.

HEC collects pay and benefit information directly from the human resources teams at participating organizations, which results in current, reliable data to support you in making business decisions.  The Council provides a variety of local* and national wage, benefit and practice surveys that may be utilized to develop and administer compensation and benefit plans along with general Human Resource practices and policies.

Following the Council's strict confidentiality policy and safe harbor guidelines, survey results are presented in a manner that guards the identification of participants and results are presented in an aggregate format.  As a third party, the Council manages the entire survey process to reduce the risk of anti-trust concerns.

* Local data is focused on the Hawaii Market, with neighbor island demographics provided when available.
