HEC to offer training on OFCCP's Section 503 and VEVRAA Final Rules on January 31

Barbara Petrus with Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel will provide a morning training program at HEC covering what employers need to know to comply with new OFCCP regulations.  The regulations go into effect on March 24, 2014 and require federal contractors and subcontractors to gather and analyze data regarding disabled employees and veterans.  During this program, which will be held in HEC's Kahili Meeting Room, Ms. Petrus will provide information on who is covered by the regulations, how businesses can gather and maintain information regarding disabled employees and applicants without violating disability law, and how to prepare disabled and veteran affirmative action plans.  Read more
