Attorney Paul Saito of Cades Shutte LLP will present a morning program on "EPLI:  Are you and Your Company Sufficiently Protected?" at HEC on January 23.  Employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) provides coverage for employers to defend employment law claims and provides indemnification benefits if the case is settled or a verdict is obtained against the employer. This seminar will teach business owners, executives, and human resource professionals how to  evaluate their EPLI policies to ensure proper coverage and how to maximize the benefits of EPLI insurance policies when claims are made.
