HEC's HR Foundations Training Series Begins on April 28

Posted Thursday, March 24, 2016 4:32 pm
Are you a new HR practitioner?  A mid-level professional in need of a refresher?  A generalist seeking exposure to new areas?   An operational manager with HR responsibilities?  Or maybe an office manager or bookkeeper who regularly handles employee relations matters?  Regardless of your role, it's not hard to become overwhelmed by the ever-changing and complex world of HR compliance.  Now more than ever, employees tasked with HR duties face a wide range of challenges, including increased enforcement of the Fair Labor Standards Act, pending legislation regarding workers' compensation, evolving definitions of covered disabilities, increasing oversight by OSHA/HIOSH, and more.
To ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to get the job done right, HEC is pleased to present a 6-part series providing the building blocks of compliance that every worker with entry to mid-level knowledge of HR matters should have to get ahead.  Won't you join us for one (or more!) of the following sessions?  Participants who complete the entire series will receive an HR Foundations Certificate of Completion ? demonstrating that you've done the hard work required to build your practitioner toolkit in 2016!
