Employers Should Review Drug-Free Workplace Policies, Pacific Business News

Featured in an October 11, 2017 Pacific Business News article regarding medical marijuana, Ryan Sanada encouraged employers to review their drug-free workplace polices and shared employers’ concerns:

There are two main concerns among employers.  They want to know how to keep drugs out of the workplace, including medical marijuana, and the second big concern is what are employer’s rights when an employee tests positive for medical marijuana usage and the employee says, “I have a medical marijuana card.”
