HECís 2018 Employee Benefit Plans in Hawaii Survey Released

Hawaii Employers Council is pleased to share results from the 2018 Employee Benefit Plans in Hawaii Survey.   HEC conducts this survey once every three years.  152 organizations participated in this year’s survey, which is a compilation of data collected during June to October 2018.

While the full report is only available to participating organizations, the summary report shares insights pertaining to benefit policies and practices including health care plans, employee assistance programs, dental plans, 401(k) plans and pension plans, employee health wellness programs, and employee financial wellness programs.
