DOL Releases FAQs Regarding Executive Order 13950, “Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping”

The DOL has released FAQs regarding EO 13950, which sets forth the policy of the United States “not to promote race or sex stereotyping or scapegoating” and prohibits federal contractors from articulating such views in their employees in workplace diversity and inclusion trainings. The FAQs explain, among other things, that requirements for federal contractors and subcontractors will apply to contracts entered as of November 21, 2020.
