Calling all nonprofits! The Hawaiʻi Alliance of Nonprofit Organizations (HANO) is updating its data about compensation and benefits in the nonprofit sector in Hawaiʻi. HANO's Nonprofit Compensation & Benefits Survey is NOW OPEN through November 14, 2025. With the data collected from this survey, HANO will generate the 2026 Nonprofit Compensation & Benefits Report to be released next year. HANO members who complete the survey will receive a copy of the report free of charge, and all others who complete it will receive a substantial discount.

The goal: to help nonprofits of every size make informed, equitable, and competitive pay decisions.

How to Start

One person (typically the CEO or Executive Director) will fill out the survey
Set aside about 30-45 minutes to complete the survey. The survey can be saved to resume later on the same device.
