The United States District Court for the District of Columbia recently held that a 2010 Department of Labor Administrative Interpretation was invalid where it reversed the agency's prior regulatory interpretation that Mortgage Loan Officers were exempt from overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act's administrative exemption.
