Hawaii’s New Pay Transparency Law and Changes to the Equal Pay Law Are Now In Effect
With the enactment of Act 203 on January 1, 2024, employers with fifty or more employees must include an hourly rate or salary range that reasonably reflects the actual expected compensation in certain external job listings.
